Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. Due to our fast processing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections (e.g., item type, size, design, or address).

If you realize an error, you have 6 hours from placing your order to cancel and reorder. For any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Cancellations outside this window may not be possible if your order is already being processed or shipped. A 10% cancellation fee applies. To cancel, please email [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, all orders are considered accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Incorrect design received
  • Size or material differs from what was ordered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product description does not match the item

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Return and Refund Process

  2. Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days. Ensure email notifications are enabled.
  3. We will provide instructions based on your case.

Note: Refunds are issued only after we confirm the return is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Allow up to 2 business days for refund processing after we receive your returned item. You’ll be notified via email, and a full refund, including original shipping fees, will be issued.
